Oregon Womans Club's 63rd Annual Antique Show
More than 50 dealers will show and sell their wares at the Oregon Womans Club's 63rd annual antique show at the Blackhawk Center in Oregon on March 23 and 24. Antiques from the early 1800s through the retro era of the 1950s, including furniture, glass, china, pottery, toys, primitives, textiles, jewelry, dolls, silver and decorator items, will be sold.
Mary Lous Crystal Repair from Joliet will be on hand both days to repair damaged heirlooms on site, and on Sunday, Munda & Associates, Auctioneers & Appraisers of Freeport will offer verbal appraisals of small treasures for $5 an item; photos of large items also may be submitted.
Admission is $6, good for both days. Concessions will be available, and door prizes will be awarded. Proceeds benefit various community projects and charities. Show hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.
