FAFSA Completion Night
The Oregon High School Counseling Department and the Illinois Student Assistance Commission will host a Free Application for Federal Student Aid Completion Night. Federal Student Aid, an office of the U.S. Department of Education, ensures that all eligible individuals can benefit from federally funded financial assistance for their college education. All students must complete the financial aid application in order to receive assistance in the form of federal student aid grant assistance, federal student aid loans, or federal student aid work-study.
Applicants should bring their social security numbers, student's driverís license, 2012 taxes (if available), 2012 W-2 forms, checking and savings account balances, and any information on investments/, stocks, CDs, or 529 savings plans.
