Fireside Knitters

People of all ages are invited to join Fairmount’s “Fireside Knitting” group. This group has been meeting at the Library for more than four years, and during that time, they have donated their knitted/crocheted items to various social organizations throughout the Quad Cities. They’ve helped put hats on babies, given mittens to school kids, and created blankets for seniors.

The group meets at 6:30pm every Tuesday at the Fairmount Branch of the Davenport Library, at 3000 N. Fairmount Street in Davenport, Iowa. No registration is required. For more information, please call 563-0326-7832 or visit http://www.davenportlibrary.com.
