"Women's Suffrage" at the Byron Museum of History

The Byron Museum of History presents "Women’s Suffrage." The women’s right to vote movement was led by two key figures, Alice Paul and Carrie Chapman Catt; this exhibit focuses on their leadership styles, strategies and differences in seeking the same result. Byron High School alum Lauren Getzelman, a museum studies student at the University of Illinois at Springfield, and a museum intern, put together the exhibit. Admission is freeExhibit runs through November 23.
